The Threshold PEP is a small device used for training exhalation pressure to clear the airway, bronchial hygiene or as an alternative to chest physical therapy. During exhalation a positive pressure is created due to the resistive load which helps open the airways and allows mucus to be eliminated. Option for training with a mask is available.
